Brown Scapular of the Immaculate Conception and Saint Agnes

A beautiful devotional scapular honouring the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary and Saint Agnes of Rome, bringing together two powerful examples of purity, courage and complete fidelity to God.

One panel depicts Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception, recalling the singular grace by which Mary was preserved from original sin and her perfect surrender to the will of God. The other portrays Saint Agnes with the lamb, her traditional symbol of virginal purity and innocence, recalling the young Roman martyr’s courageous faithfulness to Christ even unto death.

Together, the images encourage the wearer to seek purity of heart, courage and steadfast fidelity to Christ, while seeking Our Lady’s maternal intercession and the prayers of Saint Agnes in times of temptation and difficulty.

Each scapular is individually handcrafted from 100% virgin wool, with the sacred images carefully sewn onto the wool panels. A discreet pocket on the reverse allows small devotional medals to be placed inside and carried with the wearer, adding a special and personal element to the scapular.
