A beautifully embroidered scapular honouring the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, two closely united devotions representing the love of Christ and His Blessed Mother.
One panel features the Sacred Heart of Jesus, aflame and encircled by the Crown of Thorns, recalling Christ’s burning love for mankind and His sacrifice for our redemption. The other features the Immaculate Heart of Mary, aflame, surrounded by roses and pierced by a sword, recalling Our Lady’s purity, maternal love and the sorrows she endured in union with her Divine Son.
Together, the designs encourage the wearer to remain close to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, grow in love and reparation, and entrust themselves and their family to their loving care.
Each scapular is individually handcrafted from 100% virgin wool, with the sacred designs carefully embroidered directly onto the brown wool panels. A discreet pocket on the reverse allows small devotional medals to be placed inside and carried with the wearer, adding a special and personal element to the scapular.
As each scapular is individually handmade, slight variations in size and finish may occur.
