A striking traditional rosary made with deep forest-green wooden beads, hand-knotted on matching green cord and finished with antique bronze-tone devotional details.
The centrepiece depicts the Holy Face of Jesus, surrounded by the Latin prayer “Illumina, Domine, vultum tuum super nos” — “Let Thy face shine upon us, O Lord.” The reverse bears the IHS Christogram surrounded by rays, with “Mane nobiscum Domine” — “Stay with us, O Lord.”
The ornate crucifix continues the Holy Face theme, depicting the Veil of Veronica / Holy Face of Christ, with traditional Passion symbols. The reverse features the Sacred Heart and the inscription “Reparation – Perpetuelle” (“Perpetual Reparation”), connecting the crucifix particularly with devotion of reparation to the Holy Face.
