A traditional handcrafted rosary featuring deep green wooden beads, individually knotted on a durable tan cord and finished with antique-bronze decorative accents.
At its centre is the Miraculous Medal of Our Lady, bearing the invocation “O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.” The Miraculous Medal devotion dates to the apparitions of Our Lady to St Catherine Labouré in Paris in 1830.
The distinctive crucifix features the Holy Face of Christ on one side and the Sacred Heart of Jesus on the reverse, together with the words “Reparation” and “Perpetuelle” — Perpetual Reparation. The Sacred Heart is crowned and surrounded by rays, making the crucifix especially suited to devotion to the Holy Face and Sacred Heart of Jesus.
The warm bronze tones, natural cord and dark green wood give this rosary a more rustic, traditional appearance.
